Ingredients
- 2 large portobello caps
- 1/8 cup canola (or other high heat) oil
- 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- black pepper
Directions
Clean mushrooms, remove stems, scrape out gills. Slice if desired.
Combine all other ingredients to make marinade. Cover mushrooms and let sit for ~1hr.
Grill for ~10 minutes.
Things to try / optional additions:
- 3 Tbs chopped onion
- rosemary
- cayenne
