Ingredients

  • 2 large portobello caps
  • 18 cup canola (or other high heat) oil
  • 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • black pepper

Directions

Clean mushrooms, remove stems, scrape out gills. Slice if desired.

Combine all other ingredients to make marinade. Cover mushrooms and let sit for ~1hr.

Grill for ~10 minutes.

Things to try / optional additions: - 3 Tbs chopped onion - rosemary - cayenne
