- 1.5oz amaretto liqueur
- 0.75oz bourbon (optional)
- 0.5oz lemon juice
- 1tsp simple syrup
- 1/2 oz egg white (approx 1/2 an egg)
- 2 cocktail cherries
- lemon wheel or twist (optional garnish)
Combine amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in shaker. Pre-shake for 15sec with no-ice. Gently release pressure from the shaker.
Add ice to shaker and shake for 15sec.
Strain into glass over fresh ice. Add cherries and lemon garnish.
